Arrow runs on your personal computer - you do not need a server or a continuous connection to the Internet - and works as an intelligent mailing list reflector. Arrow uses a standard e-mail account. It checks a POP3 server to get messages and sends messages through your ISPs SMTP server. Setting up Arrow is not much more difficult than setting up a regular mail program.
Arrow automates most of the chores of maintaining your mailing list while giving you much more control than the free list services like eGroups. Arrow does not add advertising to your lists messages (unless you choose to add your own!). And you wont have to pay a mailing list service any monthly or annual fees.
